The Diagnostic Network

In addition, you may consider the NASTF Community Resource Forum – Service Information Request Area / Diagnostic Network. This is a great resource to interact with industry technicians and experts. After logging in to the NASTF portal, click the Service Information Request link in the SDRM menu bar and follow the navigation to sign up.

What Is Diagnostic Network?

Through a partnership with Diagnostic Network (DN), NASTF members now have access to a community driven resource where repairers, automakers and other vehicle service professionals can come together to find solutions for common (and not-so-common) repair issues.

As in the past, true gaps in service information, tool information or training will still be brought to the attention of the appropriate automaker by NASTF staff.

Issues that do not qualify as a full SIR can now be discussed, and often solved, by members of the NASTF community in an open, collaborative forum - https://diag.net/g/nastf

If you already have a DN account, your NASTF account will automatically link with your DN account when you follow the link provided. Just be sure to “sign in” to DN to see all of the NASTF content and submit SIRs. NASTF and DN do not share login information with one another.

If you do not have a DN account, enter the link to set up your access to the NASTF Community Portal. You will receive an email to confirm your DN account. Once confirmed, return to the page and click on Submit an SIR to complete registration. Just be sure to “sign in” to DN to see all of the NASTF content and submit SIRs. NASTF and DN do not share login information with one another.
