Using Authy for OEM Access

Modified on Wed, Feb 5 at 5:36 PM

When accessing information or requesting programming on automaker websites, you will be asked to provide your VSP ID for the user and the 7-digit NASTF Authy token for the pass code/password when prompted for your NASTF credentials. Please remember that this could trigger a request for a D1, so be prepared to gather the necessary documentation.

You will find the How-To Guides or videos on how to navigate each OEM under the Knowledge Base on  https://sdrm.nastfsecurityregistry.org/
Note:
  • The 7-digit NASTF Authy token is only valid for and will change after 20 seconds
  • When entering the NASTF Authy token, do not use spaces. The spaces are provided for extra readability.
If you have any further questions about the information requested, please submit a support ticket at support.nastf.org.
