Can’t log in to your NASTF SDRM account?

 

If you try to log in 3 times with the wrong password, your account will be locked for 10 minutes. After that, you can try again.

 

If you forgot your password, you can reset it:

 

  1. Go to https://sdrm.nastfsecurityregistry.org.
  2. Type your email and click “Forgot Password.”
  3. Look for an email called “NASTF VSP Reset Password” from no-reply@nastfsecurityregistry.org
    1. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Open the email and click Reset Password.
  5. Enter your email and new password, then click Reset Password again.
  6. You’ll go back to the login page to sign in.
