The NASTF SDRM Registry requires a current, legible, color copy of your U.S. or Canadian Driver’s license from the state or province in which you do business. The security features must be clearly visible.
Watch this video for information:
If a “Federal Limits Apply”, ”Temporary”, “Interim”, or “Limited Term” Driver’s License is submitted, NASTF may require an additional government document confirming the applicant’s authorization to work in their home country. We apologize for requiring extra documentation, but NASTF will only register VSPs if they have the documentation to prove their authority to work in the US which is not always verified by an issued driver’s licenses.
Documents accepted to prove work authorization include:
- Valid, unexpired U.S. passport or passport card
- Certified copy of U.S. birth certificate
- U.S. Certificate or Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen
- Valid, unexpired foreign passport with valid U.S. immigrant visa and approved Record of Arrival/Departure (I-94) form
- Certified copy of birth certificate from a U.S. Territory
- Certificate of Naturalization or U.S. Citizenship
- Valid, unexpired Permanent Resident Card
If you have any further questions, please contact the NASTF support team at support.nastf.org. NASTF Support Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time.
