A D1 Form must be completed for each transaction listed under OEM Transactions in the SDRM system.
To avoid delays:
It is strongly recommended to gather vehicle and owner information before starting any security work.
Unresolved transactions older than 5 days will lock your account, preventing new transactions.
To complete a D1 Form:
Log in at https://sdrm.nastfsecurityregistry.org
Go to the D1 Form link in the menu
Select the appropriate D1 for your task
The following is a description of the available D1 Forms and how to use them.
