If you have completed the process to submit an SIR and have received an unsatisfactory or incomplete response, you can follow up with an Information Review Request (IRR).
Navigate to the support tab and submit a support form requesting an escalation of the SIR to an IRR. Be sure to include the relevant information of the SIR – name, email, etc. in order to connect the proper form.
