D1 forms are required to validate security information requests from manufacturers, by verifying identification and ownership authorization. The Mercedes TRP D1 form is used to submit a Theft Relevant Part order request directly to a preferred Mercedes dealer and replaces the documentation on the Startek info site and is presented in collaboration with Mercedes Benz as a one-step solution; however, you may be required to provide identification upon receipt of items.
