TRP Packet Download

To assist VSPs with completing TRP D1 orders, NASTF offers an automated process to gather all necessary documentation to validate the request at the Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Now, after completing a TRP Order request, you can download a TRP packet. 

Before visiting the selected dealership to pick up your order, click the blue “Download TRP Packet” button at the top of the page.

This step bundles all the gathered D1 information into a single document providing the ability to print a copy of the items necessary to present to the Mercedes dealership for order verification.

This PDF includes:

• customer information (with VIN)
• the selected Dealer Information
• the selected parts information
• VSP verification

It also includes the submitted images of customer verification documents such as the vehicle owner's identification and proof of ownership.

Finally, the document includes the Mercedes-Benz Declaration for Provision. This is meant to be filled out in the presence of the dealership representative.

NASTF suggests contacting your selected dealership following submission of the TRP order to verify they have received the notification prior to your arrival.
