If a newly completed D1 Form does not automatically connect to the corresponding OEM Transaction, you must manually associate it. The D1 Form must be Saved & Completed before proceeding.
Steps to manually resolve:
- On your dashboard, locate the OEM Transaction without a matching D1 Authorization Form.
- Click the yellow "Resolve" button.
- Under D1 Authorization Documents, click Select next to the correct D1 Authorization Document.
- Confirm that the Select button changes to Selected.
- In the text box, enter a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Click Save.
Remember, it is NASTF policy to acquire customer information prior to performing a security operation. By completing the D1 prior to the service, the documentation will remain on your account dashboard until the actual transaction, at which time it will automatically connect with the OEM request to complete the process.
