D1 Issue: Incomplete OEM Transaction

Follow the steps below to resolve an incomplete OEM transaction.

 
  - Log into the SDRM 2.0 at: https://sdrm.nastf.org/login
  - On the account dashboard, navigate to the Transactions tab
  - locate the incomplete transaction request in red under OEM Transactions - No Authorization Documents
  - select the blue "Add D-1" button
  - select and complete the appropriate D1 form, be sure to click Save & Complete
 
If you do not have information for an OEM transaction, such as cases where no work was performed, when completing the D1 form you are required to check “Other” under Service Performed and enter a detailed reason for the transaction request in the textbox that appears.  
 
These situations underscore NASTF policy requiring that vehicle and owner information is acquired prior to performing any security operation. If you have any further questions about the information requested, either respond to this message or submit a follow-up support ticket at support.nastf.org.
