D1 Issue: Invalid VIN

For OEM Transactions conducted using an incorrect VIN, create a D1 with the correct information and manually associate the completed D1 to the transaction in question.


To manually associate a D1 Form to an OEM Transaction, please follow the steps below.
  • Locate the OEM transaction under OEM Transactions - No Authorization Documents on the SDRM dashboard
  • Click the yellow Resolve button
  • Locate the correct resolving D1 form under D1 Authorization Documents and Click Select
  • Enter an explanation for cancelled OEM transaction
  • Click Save
